I know I've neglected this much loved meme in the last few months - which, really, was mostly the fault of Real Life interfering in big ways. But! I've spent the last couple of weeks writing bits and pieces and it felt good. So, I'm going back to doing the Unwritten Stories Meme again this year.

Now, I currently have 22 unfilled old prompts, so there will be no new prompt spots this month. But I'm working on a couple of fills already and I should hopefully be able to reduce the number of unfilled prompts by the end of the month, so keep an eye out for the February Edition - with a bit of luck, I can offer new prompt spots! *crosses fingers*

I'm doing the Be A Santa - Get A Story thingy again this year.

Basically, if you're doing something nice, you get a reward (aka, I will write a story for you).

Santa CAN organizes a gift drive for foster kids in Los Angeles (my old hometown). Please have a look at the website and then at the registered wish list.

Here's where you come in: If you go and play Santa for a child (or two or three...) and buy a present, I will write you a story! Easy, ain't it?

1. Peruse the wish list. Everyone is able to spend something! There are gifts for less than 10 dollars, people!
2. Follow the instructions to buy the gift. It's easy. You can pay by credit card or PayPal, for example, so even non-US residents can be Santa.
3. You will receive a confirmation email. Forward this email to me or send a screen shot of the confirmation to me at sinfulslasher @ gmail.com so I can see that (a) you did buy a gift and (b) how much it cost.

For that, I need your help!

I want to write at least 1 NCIS and 1 White Collar PWP, but depending on the amount of brilliantly inspiring prompts, the number might be significantly higher. (No, elrhiarhodan, I will not write 31 fics again. I managed to make it last year but it broke my brain, as you well know.)

I was shocked to realize that I didn't fill a single prompt in March. *fails at life* Granted, I'm busy working on my wc_reverse_bb stories, which are all due in April, but it's still frustrating to see so many old prompts still unfilled.

It's March 1st and I have no idea where the first two months went.

I've been extremely busy focusing on other writing commitments so far, but I do still keep an eye on all the unfilled prompts from the previous months. Sad but true, the oldest unfilled prompts are now a year old. O_o (Yes, I fail at life.)

Anyway.

Once I'm done with my writing commitments, I should be able to tackle all those wonderful prompts you've left me in the past and will hopefully continue to leave me in future.

Now, I've had to focus on angsty, hurt-comforty stories lately, and I think it's high time to write some schmoopy and fluffy stuff!

As you might know, I'm doing a monthly Unwritten Story Meme, where you give me a prompt, telling me about a story I haven't written (yet), and I give you a little snippet (ahahahaha!) about said story.

Well, to shake things up and make it a bit more interesting, here's a new twist:

Give me a prompt that focuses on Valentine's Day in some way! February is the month of hearts, red roses, romantic dinners, Cupid and chocolates.

I want to write (at least) 1 NCIS and 1 White Collar story for Valentine's Day, so feel free to spam me with ideas! I can't guarantee that I'll fill all prompts, but I'll pick (at least) 2 prompts. :-)

Anything goes, from schmoopy first time to angsty UST or even anti-Valentine's griping (proud singles celebrating their single-ness). *g*

Things are a bit different this time around!

Usually, I post a new monthly edition of my Unwritten Stories Meme, and people can leave me prompts. For the next two months, however, I've decided to do things a little differently.

December Edition: I'm taking part in the 12 Days of Ficmas challenge, which means I will post 1 story a day from December 24 until January 4th. For more information, please go here. All prompt spots are already taken.

January Edition: I'm currently pimping a wonderful charity, namely the Santa CAN gift drive for LA foster children. For more information, please go here. The basic premise is, if you donate by buying a child a gift through the Santa CAN website, I will write you a story (100 words per dollar spent). Since the presents have to be received no later than December 16th, you have a little less than 2 weeks left to do something wonderful for a child and get a story written for you in return! \o/ So, unless you want to wait until February 2014 (!) to leave me a new prompt, you might want to check out the Be a Santa - Get a Story (January Edition) of my Unwritten Story Meme! :D

Yeah, like I need another challenge, right? Wrong. LOL! Please note that this will count as the May Edition of my Unwritten Stories Meme (and yeah, I'm posting this at the beginning of April, not on May 1st, for obvious reasons...I need to be mentally prepped for all the kinky/juicy/dirty prompts you'll hopefully give me. *waggles eyebrows*)

May is The Merry Month of Masturbation. I've seen the mmom challenge floating around my flist for a few years now but never participated. Well, I gotta write at least 200K this year for getyourwordsout, and what better way to get there than to write a piece of wankfic every day for the entire month!

So, I'm going to need your help, dear flist! I need 31 prompts, one for each day, and I'll write a ficlet based on them.

There are just a couple of simple rules:
1. No more than 3 prompts per person (for now), please. Only 1 prompt per person, and yes, another prompt is allowed even if you already prompted me! :)
2. Please give me a one-word prompt. Just a single word. No fandom, no pairings, no other set-up. I'll write in your preferred fandom with (hopefully) your preferred character/pairing/moresome, of course. :)
